The Flu Strikes Again...

It seems that EVERY year at this time the family gets the flu. This time Andrew had is so bad he was throwing up every 20 minutes! It started with Madelyn, then Andrew, then I had it. Nick never throws up, he is so lucky! Unfortunately for him because he is less sick than me, he gets to do dishes, laundry, and this time carpet clean! He did really good though. He didn't have to cook though because none of us ate anything but crackers and sprite for a couple days. So we last went to the gym on Friday. We really need to get back to it, but I'm afraid that Madelyn isn't still well enough. I guess we'll see what happens. We're thinking of having Nick start school again. So that will be a 4 year long endeavor for his masters in engineering. Luckily his work will reimburse us for about 80% of the cost, which is nice.
Yesterday Andrew spilled Sprite all over Nick's laptop as I was doing bills. I called Nick thinking he would be so mad, but he actually sounded HAPPY! He was probably thinking "yes, now I can spend more money and get a way better laptop!" But oh no, I took off over half the keys and cleaned the sucker out using a billion q-tips and rubbing alcohol. Good as new! Nick wasn't too happy it seemed. He wrote me from work saying it has to pass his inspection before he will accept that it's fixed.
